Granville Dental Wellness Group is a computerized office where all the x-rays, photographs and even clinical notes are stored in digital files in our computer system.
As patient care is our prime concern, we do our best to make your dental visit as comfortable as possible.
Strict Infection Control
Infection control is very important to us. We take many steps to prevent cross contamination, including always monitoring our equipment with a third-party, sterilization monitoring company
- Much that we touch is covered with plastic and disposed of after each procedure
- All other surfaces are cleaned with a disinfectant
- Cassettes, containing instruments for various procedures, are first placed through a dental sterilizer before either dry heat or autoclaving
- The sterilization area has both a red and a blue zone that differentiates clean versus dirty instruments
- Dirty instruments are place in the red zone
- Clean cassettes, after the complete sterilization cycle, are placed in the blue zone
